At the 7th and 8th November 2008, a seminar is held at de Palma Hotel, Shah Alam. The seminar is about the importance of one thing that most of us neglect - Neighbours. The seminar is called "Seminar Hala Tuju Baru Jiran Wanita Peringkat Negeri Selangor".
A neighbourhood is a geographically localised community within a larger city, town or suburb. Neighbourhoods are often social communities with considerable face-to-face interaction among members. Neighbourhoods are typically generated by social interaction among people living near one another. In this sense they are local social units larger than households not directly under the control of city or state officials.
So basically this seminar is a 'reminder' of how a neighbourhood should or must work. Neighbours should work hand-in-hand. Bukan baling batu sorok tangan :)
